Use the find files feature on windows and find a file called SONIC.INI and open it in any editor.
(This involves changing the configuration files in the game so keep a copy of the original in an editor in case something happens)
Copy and paste the following lines into the bottom of the file SONIC.INI



User=Debugger

(note: hit enter twice after the line for this to work)

This adds three extra drop down menus to the program menu (You know, the place where it says File Edit stuff like that.)

This opens a special editors menu where you can turn of the timer and toggle debug mode and there is also level select. There are many selections in these menus so play around with it and find out what they all do!
