For the hidden video (its the making of Merry Christmas Everybody) go to music videos, then next to If It Were Up To Me, there is a star and select that and there you go. Also, for Rob messing around, go to scene selection and go to number 17, press the right button a few times until RENO pops up next to number 17 and you can watch Rob messing around on the bus before a show.
