This egg is in the level called "The Million dollar question" When max finds the window cleaners lift you go down and there is a guy shot out of a window.. Go trough the window shoot the bad guy with the shotgun and turnto your right.. There should be a television.. When you press it you get a little movie about a guy being shot an money taken.
