In Vice City and The house Tommy owns after Ricardo is killed. Go in the house and go up to where your safe with your money is. Look with the sniper rife and close range. You will see some brand new 20 dollar bills. New twentys didnt come out until 2000 so how is this possible. Nice try Rock Star :)

You might want to walk all the way to the safe.
