Vortiguant Easter Egg

Near the end of the Water Hazard chapter after you destroy the helicopter with your air boat head through the gate and go far north, you will see a dam with two pipes in it. Line your air boat against the pipe on the left. Then jump on your air boat into the pipe. Make sure your health is full because your about to into some hazard waste. Once inside the tunnel run as fast as you can down the tunnel near the end take a left. You should see a vortiguant cooking a headcrab, if you talk to him he will say some weird stuff.
