YOU NEED TO BE ON U.S. TEAM TO SEE IT
This little easter egg is easier to see when you are in the back seat of a VODNIK van transport(the MEC van).
On the ear pice of the headset that the special ops unit is wearing is a little DICE logo. Only on U.S. spec. ops unit.
