1: Go to Peru
2: When you start the level, if you look to Lara's right, just in front of her, there will be a football/soccer ball.
3: Press triangle/Y to kick the ball
4: Get the ball between the 2 fences just past the training dummy(they have flags at the top
5: When it goes between the fences, someone will shout "goal!" and you will hear people cheering.
