Sad Clown

1: Buy a picture with a sad clown.
2: Watch the picture.
3: Wait some days then a sad clown come to your house.
4: Call the clown catcher if you want the clown to go away.

I did try this on deluxe editon but I think work on all.

Actually, the sad clown may come to your house regardless of whether you have the picture or not, although I do believe that the painting increases your chances.
Only sad Sims will be visited by the clown.
