The Secret Cow level!

3 things you need:
1. Tome of Town Portal
2. Wirts leg (found in Tristram in Act I)
3. The horadric cube.

Place the tome and the leg in the cube, then transmute them, et voila: a ed portal to the cow level appears.

This only works in the rogue encampment when youve defeated Diablo. CAUTION: The cows in the level are extremely strong and come with hundreds at a time!
