Lord Baffords Manor:
1: Find one of the two gardens and go up onto the stone platform.
2:Run to the end and slash the banner.
3:It will reveal a tunnel which will lead to the rafters abover the throne room.

Only one of the two gardens has this. You may get the wrong one at first.
