1. Once in a park pick a guest to watch.
2. Click the camera icon a second time so that the little ear is visible in the upper left hand corner of the guests screen.
3. Wait about 5-10 minutes. Watch the little area where his thoughts are shown on the camera page. Sooner or later your guest will think "I have the strangest feeling someone is watching me."
4. Laugh! :)

You may need Corckscrew follies but dont quote me on that.
