1. Set card backs to the design with a man's arm holding cards.
2. Start a new game and move a card.
3. Wait about one minute or so...
4. A card will slide out and then back in the man's sleeve.

I think it was Windows 98, too lazy to find out about newer versions. If you chose the beach background with the sun, and waited for awhile the sun would have a face poke it's tongue out and dissapear. It used to keep me entertained for hours =]
