On the 2nd DVD go to "Deleted/Alternate Scenes" menu. Then select "To view individual scenes please select from the following list". Then hit "up" on your remote one time. A blood splatter looking thing will show up next to "Play all". Hit enter to hear some of the creators tell you about other ideas they had for the end of this film.

The endings they talk about I think sound like they would have been a lot better then the one they used.
