If you translate Monica's mother is very beautiful into Spanish and back to English, you will get Monica's sucks is very beautiful

It only works because you spelled "pleasant" incorrectly. Normally in Spanish, the word word would be changed to the feminine spelling of pleasant, but since it was spelled incorrectly, it couldn't change it. If something is unknown to be masculine or feminine, it automatically goes to masculine, resulting, in this case, to changing it to boy.

This is a stupid one, its not even a real easter egg, its just a misunderstanding because mama in Spanish is equivalent to mammary in English.
