1. In RegCleaner [www.jv16.org
] choose Help - About RegCleaner
2. Hold Ctrl+Shift and click on the icon in the top right corner - a message will appear!
Every time you click on that icon (while holding Ctrl+Shift), different pop-up message will appear.

I tested it on RegCleaner 4.3.
