You can run an email test to ensure the user of another BlackBerry is receiving your emails without problems. When the recipient's device receives the special email, it will automatically reply with a confirmation that it has received the message and all is OK.
How to Initiate:
Send to the recipient in the SUBJECT field this:
SUBJECT:
You should now receive a message back with some details - if all went well.
