In the mission labeled: The murder of Crows, there are three bars in the level. The bars are called: The Blue Oyster Bar, Latin Fever, and Rockers choice. Go into any of the clubs through the back door so your not cought by the guard at the front door.

Find where all the dancers are and let the controller idle for a while.

After a minute or two 47 will begin dancing with the other dancers! Its very funny!
