1. Make sure the Assistant is on and set to Einstein. If it's not, press F1 and set the assistant to Einstein.
2. Type a bunch of spelling errors.
3. Run spell check and click IGNORE on all of them (a fast way to do this is hold Alt+I).
4. Run spell check again
5. Watch Einstein twitch!
What it is doing is starting the animation, folding his hands together, but then starts it over for the next error because that one is ignored, creating a "twitch". This works somewhat on others, but Einstein does it best.
