Go to south staunton island and so into the liberty tree parking lot(from the "kingdom come" mission).
Get a car and drive it to the back of the parking lot.
Get up on it and then up on the dumpster and then over the wall.
Now you walk to the left and to jump down to a little closed yard then on the wall there is a big sign and on that there stand: "You weren't supposed to be able to get here you know". Now you can't get up again.
"You can't get up again"? theres a ramp where you walk up and jump out of the court yard where the sign is. Someone who played GTA III - Dec 17 2007 11:36PM
