1: Go to the autoshop near Cortez's place on the first island and you should see white apartment blocks.
2: Go up the stair to each one and check the doors, you should be able to enter one of them.
3: When you do eventually find the right door and you have entered turn left into the bathroom where you can find a chainsaw and blood covered walls with hand prints. This is a reference to a scene from the Scarface movie.
Works with PC/PS2 versions.
