Make a pool and hire a worker. A worker would be a fireman, policeman, a maid, pizzaboy, mailman, or any other person that you don't control. Press ctrl, shift, and C to open up the cheat box. Type in "move_objects on" without the "s. Then, have them comeover (prank calling police, firemen, etc.) Then pause while they are over and select the hand in build or buy mode. Then pick them up and drop them in the pool. Unpause and they will swim for about 3 seconds and then jump out of the pool. open up the cheat box and type in "move_objects off" without the "s to turn the cheat mode off.
You might be fined for prank calling.
