At one point, you shoot a bad guy standing on a scaffold. You have to go out the window and down the scaffold to a open window a few floors below. When you get there, some guy will come flying out the open window, a victim of a bad guy. Kill that bad guy and turn around. Jump on to that ledge and carefully walk around the corner of the building where you will find an open window. Inside is a Memorial for some kid that I assume worked on the game.
