OK, so you're in Zoo Tycoon. Make a Penguin exhibit. Then put some herbivores in the penguin cage. The penguins slaughter them, and attack anything except zookeepers from then on...BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA! (if he could be turned, he could be a powerful ally...):-)
I'm not sure if it works with all herbivores, so put in a bunch o them.
