Go to the Codex Map (make sure to disable bots) and press ~ (tilde) and type "ghosts" without quotes. Look around and you will find a chamber with the map developer's face and something at the bottom it says "pretty fly" shoot it and it changes to "for a white guy"

You don't even need to use the cheat code. There is a specific place on the map where you have to shoot at four of those lamps on the walls. If you do that the wall in front of the picture will open so that you can simply walk into the room. If you want to know where that place is there are a lot of videos on youtube showing where it is.
