1: Click on any random guest.
2: When their info box comes up, click on the text box that holds their guest number.
3: Erase number and put in Mr. Pink, Orange, Blue, White etc.
This will change the color of all the guests clothing and the rooftops of any buildings in the area. these are a few of the colors, there might be more, I'm not sure. Make sure that you capitalize the color/last name, or else it won't work.
