Go to the rooftop of the VCN building (on the second island) and walk to the closest wall facing the helipad (head West). There are a lot of windows on the wall but one leads to a secret room. It is the easiest one to reach but if you have trouble finding it look out for any flyers poking out of the wall. In this room is a pedestal with a chocolate egg on it. Plus it has "happy easter" written on it, how delightfully ironic.
