In the Plant level, go to Strut C1, and as you enter (from BC bridge), you will see two passageways on your sides. The right passageway goes to the woman's bathroom, the left to the mens. Although they seem uninteresting, using you CODEC, you can have some fun.
In the mens bathroom, stand in front of a stall, and press R1 to go into first-person. While in first-person, point your direction to the stall, and while holding R1, press SELECT to activate the CODEC, and call the Colonel. He will stutter, asking Rose to look away. It's quite funny.
If it doesn't work at first, you may need to reposition yourself. This only works ONCE, so be sure to take advantage of it.
