In mission "Curtains Down" as you start, walk forwards and enter the opera house, go left and as you see the reception box walk through the door on the left, (best you get a disguise for this, of a worker preferably) then go to the metal door, switch the light so that no one sees you and pick the lock, then follow the corridor to the end and turn right and then enter the first door on the left with an EXIT sign on top, go through to the other room where there are three rats crawling around,
kill them and a "Rat Club" card will appear on the table, take it and go to the top floor through the staircase nearest to Alvard D'Alvade's room/office use the keycard on the door and inside you will see a rat party...
