This Grand Theft Auto easter egg is available to you only if you chose the path to kill Playboy X instead of Dwayne.
1st step: Go to your safehouse that was formerly Playboy X's house.
2nd step: Go to where you change your outfits.
3rd step: Browse through the outfits until you find the outfit with a black Leather Jacket, Olive Green cargo pants, and sneakers.
This is the exact outfit that Claude wore in GTA 3!
