1: If you extract the wave file for the Big Boss ending level, playing this backwards tells you what the end level boss is really saying... "To win the game, you must beat me, John Romero."

It actually says: "To win the game, you must kill me: John Romero." instead of "you must beat me, John Romero".

That's a lot of difference, you know.
