There is another Dust Puppy in the map "The Bouncy Level". Fall off the level and look up.

Don't know if it should be considered an easter egg, but in the map with the swinging pendulums above a red mist chasm (can't remember its name), there is a BFG floating HIGH above the ground outside the main gate. You CAN get it though, by making a backwards-facing rocket jump from the bounce pad. Ammo for the BFG is hidden down in a little room off the lava.

Also, on the level Q3DM19 which has the DP underneath, there is another hidden egg. If you are standing on the platform facing the Flight Pack and the near edge of the platform (the flight is right next to an edge), take the pack and turn LEFT. Fly out beyond the level a bit, then turn around and fly to the right. There's another hidden face on one of the walls.
