When you get through the large gate at the start of your game you will come across three annoying singing men. Once they finish singing kill one of them any way you like, then you will hear the words, Oh my god, you killed Kenneth. Then they will ask for a new guy that will help them, then throw a child or a female to them and something from the titanic will happen.
