1: Get to the Hotel Level.
2: Keep on prossesing through the level checking all the rooms.
3: Once you see a Boarded up window like the boarded up doors, Blast it!
4: Go along the ledge until you see another window.
5: Inside will be a guy will a stake through his back and buffy, writen around there.
