Names mean things in the SIMS. Naming Sims Zeus, or Aphrodite gives a set of free gifts to give (names of the Greek Gods). Some names of old Hollywood stars give personality enhancements such as Earl Flynn for Charisma, and money. Some of the personality enhancements are subtle, and are only noticed by devoted players. How many names have effects are unknown.
The names need to be spelled correctly. Using the SIMS Vacation with all previous releases when these features were discovered.
