1. Create a family.
2. Go into the 'Choose A House' section.
3. Wait a while.
4. The Loch-Ness monster should pop out of the water near the bottom of the screen!
If the monster doesn't come out instantly, move the family in, make a new one, and try again. I think it happens every other family you move in. Also, the monster looks like a duck! Or is that a bunny...?
