1. Play the First City Bank And Trust mission (you need the patched version 1.18 for this)
2. Normally you have to go to the basement to unlock the vault
3. Instead, if you wait for 8 REAL hours, the vault will be unlocked automatically.

The grandfather clocks scattered around the mission show how much time has already elapsed. They start at 12:00 when the mission begins and run in realtime.
