Get in a place where there are sea lice (the bugs that crawl everywhere) and get out your RGB6 grenade launcher. Fire it at the sea lice and then get in First Person View Mode and hold it down. Sea lice should splatter all over your face when the explosion kills them. Plus, in some outdoor areas (such as the top of Strut A in the plant chapter) stand in front of the gate to the elevator or somewhere there and get in First Person View Mode again. Look up and a bird will reward you in the most unlikely of ways.
