1. Defeat the Dilzweld Army in Parenz Ruins.
2. After the battle, turn on the TV. You'll see a character from the original game.
3. Go into the area to the LEFT of the TV where there's a big orange piece of metal. Go behind that and wander around behind there pressing the X button (the one that activates stuff).
4. You'll talk to Ziekbeck, who is a secret character from the original game.

Don't go back to the ruins after rescuing the Resistance and everything.
