1: In the Caribbean chapter of the game (after George has climbed the cliff face) put the reflector on top of Needle Rock and exit to the top of the screen.
2: Wander in the jungle until you come to a screen with two exits on the right side (top one will show light coming through, bottom one will be dark)
4: With subtitles on it will say & george will say "It's Just a monkey, Guy" (a reference to Guybrush Threepwood of Monkey Island).

This egg doesn't work every time and if you just wait around you'll more then likely get the mosquito animation or tropical bird.
