Hold down the left arrow button and press the X (cancel) button and the menu will appear with 2ndary Service selected. Inside of it are different service mode options. However, you can't print until you turn it off and back on again.
Until you turn it off and back on again you will not need to press the key combination to get into 2ndary Service. It is just then the default item in the main menu.
