TI 83 Calculator - Malfunctioning Program

1. Turn on Ti 83
2. Hit prgm button
3. Now, give a name to the file
4. Type these in

: ClrHome
: Lbl C
: Input "",C
: Goto C

This after all is an misc program, to terminate it just hit " ON ", then quit.

5. Exit program
6. Run the program
7. Now there's malfunctioning in prgm key, also MODE, STAT, LINK, Y=, WINDOW, ZOOM, TRACE, GRAPH, STAT PLOT, TBLSET, FORMAT, CALC, TABLE, STO->, MEM, ENTRY, and most of all, it can't calculating numbers, all the calculator function were completely shut down.

Comands: ClrHome - clears the screen Lbl - starts the loop Input - lets the user type something goto - repeats the loop -- Duh, Aug 29 2008 10:55AM

This isn't an egg. This is just a basic effect of the programs. You just basically created an infinite loop program with no output. There is no malfunction. -- Jeffrey Lu, Mar 18 2007 3:48PM
