In Desert Combat, take the f-16 (or any fast enough plane) and fly as high as you can until you can't go any higher then jump off the plane, but don't use the parachute. After some time your guy will yell and then, maybe 5 or 10 second later, fart!
Tested on Desert Combat v 0.5L.
