1. Open new document
2. Create new frame
3. Select it
4. Hold ALT and SHIFT keys
5. Hit BACKSPACE
6. The frame melts off your screen.
This is the Windows based equivalent of "Zip, the disappearing frame" in a Mac based version of Quark.
