1. Make sure that you have at least 2 plasma grenades in your inventory
2. Aim with the reticle towards the ground (any surface except water and dirt) and throw 1 grenade onto the ground
3. Without moving the reticle, throw the other grenade on top of the other one as fast as you can
4. The grenade that you first threw will explode sending the other grenade into the air
5. The second grenade will explode in the air creating a firework effect

The surfaces that it will work on are concrete, ice, snow and grass.
