This is going to take a while.
If you go to Shoreside Vale, you immediately go near the Airport. Take your next left and simply drive and smash through the barriers. Drive all the way over to the other side near the water. then, drive up towards the hill, and you see a helipad. (you cannot get in). But what there is near it, is a Plane, which you can fly. This is quite hard to fly, but its worth the big pay off.
When flying, keep pushing north on the analog stick. keep doing this till it levels out. You can tell if your level because the tip of your plane should keep tipping up, when this happens, click north. right, so to the egg. drive all the way down the runway, and stop. Turn around, and start putting pedal to the metal, holding north all the time. When you see sparks, immediately let go of everything. Then, start accelerating, bearing in mind the tip of the nose thing ;). Keep going round the hills, above the water. You will start to see a curve form from no where... Drive towards it. Then, a WHOLE CITY POPS UP!!! however.. you cannot drive on this... there are many mods for the PC Version that does allow this, though.
You can see the place where the opening cut scene was where you got shot, 2 Securicars, and a weird Esperanto..
I think this was a mistake more than an egg, as if it where an egg, that you couldn't walk on... yeah..
