This is for all All Platforms.
In GTA San Andreas, go to the Gant Bridge that links San Fierro to Tierra Robada. (You can't miss it, it's modelled on the Golden Gate Bridge)
Fly or climb to the very top of the bridge's southern pylon and there's a sign reading: "There are no easter eggs up here, go away."
HOW TO FLY TO THE EASTER EGG:
One way is to steal a helicopter from the Bayside Marina in Tierra Robada.
...Or you could cheat and enter the code for the rocket pack!
