In GTAIII or Vice City (PC and Xbox), there are newspapers floating around every where. Get a sniper rifle and look through it's scope, the newspaper is called "Liberty C**k", the story on the front cover is, "zombie Elvis found" and at the bottom it says "win s***".
There is the back of it too, which I can't read.
In Vice City you can see a plane (maybe a dodo) flying around near your mansion with the newspaper front cover tied on the back stretched out.
