In the northeast shore of Alderney (third Island) there are two big rocks. The first rock is impossible to climb, I tried to land a Helicopter on top but fell off. But if you climb on top of the second rock (in the water) and face the first rock, you will notice something on top of the big pointy rock.
Take out your sniper rifle and you will be able to see that it is a women in a workout outfit practicing Tai Chi. how she got up there, I do not know.
