Make it to Strut L after your battle with Solidus's Harrier. Sneak past all of the guards or kill them and get across the thin plank that winds around Strut L where you have to walk along the wall and duck. When you get to the other side, a soldier runs to the edge of the railing on the top above you and unzips his pants, grunting, "Hgrrrrh! I'm going to go in my pants! Nobody's looking, right?" And he will urinate off the edge of the railing to the place you walk below. If you stand under this in First Person View Mode, you can contact the Colonel who says, "Ugh...Uh, Raiden, my sympathies. Sneaking missions are called 'wetworks' for a reason after all". It's the funniest error ever, but make sure you don't blast him or make too much noise, because he'll stop suddenly to call for backup.
Hilarious if done right!
